Emma Castell

I am the Managing Director of Jenny’s Resource Centre Ltd and I took over the service in 2017. I have a degree in Disability Studies and many years of supporting people in their own homes, in the community, and in respite services. I strive to ensure the individuals we support reach their full potential and promoting their independence. In my spare time I enjoy travelling and spending time with my family.

Christopher Prole

I joined Jenny’s as our Registered Manager in September 2018, having previously gained a wealth of experience working as a qualified social worker, a supported living manager and a residential manager for Essex County Council for 24 years. I am a qualified first aid and manual handling trainer. I believe the people we support should be at the centre of everything we do. In my spare time I enjoy angling, my motorcycles and spending time with my family.

Ray Castell

Financial Director
Prior to becoming a director at Jenny’s I had worked in finance and with technology. In my time with Jenny’s I have completely restructured our computing, payroll and invoicing processes. I am passionate to further develop the business and exploring all aspects of adult social care. In my spare time I enjoy motorcycling, sailing and family holidays.

Christine Castell

Director
After working at Shorefields School as a volunteer for over 10 years I decided to support the team at Jenny’s. I have a son with a learning difficulty and this places me in a good position to see the provision of care from both sides of the fence. At Jenny’s I believe we strive to deliver excellent care. I am an active member of the WI and participate in the Drama Group and the Darts Team. I enjoy gardening and family holidays especially in the Lake District.
